Nina Simone: Here Comes the Sun

What an amazing version of one of my favourite songs of all time. This song is very special to me, as my dear cousin Rhonda and I would sing it together. Also when we visited Van Dusen Gardens as a kid there was this educational video you could watch for free about photosynthesis and the importance of plants done to the Beatles version of “Here comes the Sun”.

I am a huge Nina fan…her voice like honey, like warm bath water! Nice listening as the snow falls.

One of the most beautiful songs ever. The visuals taken from collection of album covers and stock photography.

Enjoy

Regina Spektor – Fidelity

I love this video! I just got into watching all sorts of things on you tube, mostly poets reciting poetry and singers I like singing their songs or making artsy videos like this one.
I adore Regina Spector, her songwriting is so original.
I am a tired bear, so I will wait to post for real sometime tomorrow. For now, wanted to post this beauty.

Night.
